Net neutrality - which might be summarised (in a gross over-simplification) as being that everything on the internet should be available to everyone with an internet connection - is a hot topic at present. Many people struggle to get to grips with the issues, or indeed to understand why it is important to have a position on it at all.

Although it is clear which side of the argument the author of the article (below) is on, this is one of the most straightforward and lucid explanations of the issues involved that I have seen. Even if you disagree with the conclusion, it is important to have a view on this complex and pervasive issue, and anything which contributes to an informed debate must be welcome.
